Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new drops, launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days after processing)
Standard shipping is $6.95 on U.S. orders under $100. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, American Honey Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues.

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

American Honey Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We are happy to assist with order modifications or cancellations as long as your order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
